And I decided to post cuz I didn't want people razzing Laura about the Did anyone go trick or treating? question. Since Halloween is tomorrow. No, I have not. Luckily the weather has been good enough so that the city has not moved Halloween activities to this evening. I was going to go out with some friends.. and be really crazy while trick or treating.. but they all have to work now. I'm going to study for a piano exam, and then watch E.R. at 10pm ET/ 9pm Central.

Beautiful story Timmy, just beautiful. *Claps, and grabs a tissue, then resumes coloring drivers-ed booklet* Couldn't have said it better myself w/ the marsha thing.

Posted by: Laura
Posted at: 5:26 AM

Okay, I know that was meant to head in my direction...
First off, this girl, even though she's really nice, is sort of boy crazy (let's call her Marsha!). She's always saying "oh he's really hot" or "Yeah, I have a crush on him now." She befriended my other friend (let's call her "Sally", shall we? that's not really her name though) who was going out with this guy (we're calling him "Jim"). So "Sally" and "Jim" were... doing everything together and then Jim began to have a crush on "Marsha," and he told her so. "Marsha" did not like him like that, and was sort of uncomfortable with "Jim" telling her that. So "Jim" broke up with "Sally" and then "Marsha" went over to "Jim"'s house that weekend... numerous times. I don't think that "Sally" knows. But "Sally" also has a crush on "Marsha," even though "Marsha" is straight. So she's in a bit of a triangle.
The only reason I brought this up was (a.) nobody was posting anything and (b.) I'm sort of uncomfortable around "Marsha" now that I've heard the whole story. I don't really know what to expect from her, you know?

Just because your a teenager doesn't mean a thing. Adults feel the same thing. I know, I've talked to them. Sometimes you just crave affection so much you will do anything to get it. I had sex with a guy that I didn't even care for anymore just because i felt so unloved, and uncared for.

But see I don't know this girl, I don't know why, or what happened. In reality, why do we care? Are you affected by it? Are you in bed with her and him? Sometimes I think people are just to curious for their own good.

Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Posted at: 9:35 AM

You're still a teenager, remember that. It's kinda funny when I hear shit like this coming from a teenager, being one myself.

I guess you have to experience it to understand....

It techincally isn't sluttish because it was the same person..but it was wrong..I mean..how can you sleep w/ a guy that you tell all your friends you don't really like in that way, after just saying how hard it was to get over some other guy? I talked the guy who was slept w/ today. He slapped me in the face actually, not hard, just to get my attention, and started talking to me in a friendly manner until the bell rang. Now I'm not completely sure, but by the way he was acting, he might have just sucked face, and didn't really seem like he slept w/ the girl considering he asked if she was interested in him or that he might have a chance. He seemed clueless. So I don't know..you can get affection from your cat, dog, or naked mole rat. But that doesn't really give a person the urge to sleep w/ them, does it?

Posted by: Andrew Jovanovic
Posted at: 12:05 PM

I've done it, it isn't really slut-ish at all....perhaps she just needed the affection. I've done that for affection.

Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Posted at: 10:15 AM

I'd say someone was really really horny.
Heh. I barely have time to get ANY sleep, let alone sleep with someone else.

Posted by: Laura
Posted at: 5:28 AM

I've given up on guys, really I have. I think I'll be a nun or something when I grow up. Maybe not, but... erm...
Have any of you ever slept with someone that you didn't even like very much and you didn't really know them? And then slept with them numerous times after that? Yeah, my sort-of-friend did, and I'm thinking that's slut-ish. Am I out of line or something? Skip knows who I'm talking about ;)

Relationships at the teen ages are so messed up. I'm ready to actually find someone that is serious about having a relationship. But with gay guys that is hard enough. I can imagine how girls feel now.

Posted by: Andy Edwards
Posted at: 2:25 PM

Oh, god. That must be terrible. Especially because you didn't expect it.

Well since I'm back, long-lost-ly so, I guess I'll throw in my two bits of complaint, or my little 'you know what kinda sucks?'
I had a girlfriend, starting a few weeks into school. She broke up with me (for non-"I-don't-like-you-anymore"-reasons) about 3-4 weeks ago. But it's all complex, and we're still friends...good friends...best friends. And I still see her and talk to her and hang around her every day, and I still like her as much as I ever did and I still miss her.

But I'm fine...just moodier and stranger than I've ever been.

Guys get your heaters checked, I just lost a friend, and her family due to a leak in their heater. Carbon Dioxide leaked out. They weren't discovered till a day after they all dead....fun dealing with shit like this again when the drama of James has ended.

It's really cold here. Actually, until last week, it was pretty hot here. But now it's in the 60's and below, which is pretty cold. Though the heating/air conditioning is screwy at my school, this week some of the rooms have air conditioning, some have a little heat, and then there's others on the top floor that are literally up to 100 degrees in there. They've been using a thermometer to prove it.
Ah, the blessing of having your school under construction...

So how we all doing on this nice...cold day. I had no power this morning, so I had to take a cold shower. Then when I get out of the shower, they turn the power back on......not coo at all heh.

Is it starting to get cold near you guys?

Dude, Skip, why do you keep posting that "HI!" thing?? Haha.
Columbus Day... The only good thing about Columbus Day is that we have school off. It's not even off because of Columbus Day--it's a teacher-in-service day on Columbus Day. How annoying, we don't even have school off for a cool reason.
I'm really tired... and I haven't even eaten dinner yet. Ugh, that's quite annoying.

Let's see, how's school going for everyone, eh?

What do you guys think about that sniper that's ummm.. sniping in the Montgomery Co. Maryland / Washington D.C. areas?
My mom's best friend lives in that county, and works in D.C. She's scared. So am I. I think it's a terrorist. The shootings are so cold blooded.

This isn't a very pleasant topic, so I guess I'll tell you the only news that has happened to me in like a month.

Today my neighbor came up to me in the lobby (before school) and basically begged me to join film club, because there were no girls. I was just like "sure why not" when I wasn't really thinking about it. Then all day I was sort of regretting comitting myself to this, but I decided to go to the meeting anyway. I was a little late because I couldn't find the room. I walked in and everyone turned around with a sort of shocked look on their faces--Sean mostly. He said really loud "oh I thought you were coming at all" and I just shrugged. Sean sort of took off again talking about stuff about what to do in film club, it's really informal so he was sort of making it up as he went, we don't even pay dues or anything. I sat down in a big comfy arm chair (this is in Mr. Treamor's room, so of course he has real furnature) and the guys (yes, all guys, and all sort of... nerds, hehe) sat down. Every minute or so, a guy would turn around to glance at me, then he'd look forward again like he hadn't peeked to see what type of girl would join film club. The more explained about film club, the more I thought I was going to have a great time. We "gather" on Fridays after school, watch a movie, and then sort of talk about it if we want afterwards.
Yeah. Last year, the film club planned to have a 24 hour movie marathon (which means sleeping at the school overnight). Mr. Treamor mentioned that we should do it this year, and all of the guys looked at me.

Haha! I feel like such a minority *grins*

Edit: Phil, and why do you keep saying "Meow", eh? haha :)

I wish I can tell you a way to deal with sister or brother but since I haven't mastered much of this arts. I don't know much.

As far as my sister goes, she is pain in the ass. I've been taking care of her for sometime now. I tell you going to the PTA meetings when you are 20 is not fun. Or going to a labor or paying hospital bills aren't fun either. Of course child support is bitch since child's father is only on his terms.

Yeah... try that. Until then be happy.

Heh, my little sister Anna, is such a brat, my parents really need to treat her like they treated me and my brothers, a good wooping and smackings heh. Even though I can't stand hearing or seeing a child being punished like that, and it truly drives me mad. I hit my Mom because I couldn't handle hearing it anymore, but yeah, heh.
The best way I find to deal with them, is just ignore them.
