Ugh...extreme throat pains kids..dunno why, been coughing like every five seconds..feel lumpy. Yah, I like yer chucks kiddo, look nice. I'm glad your itchyness is begining to go away too. Well, I think I'm gonna go sleep or something actually..I'm feeling REALLY strange, me thinks.[Note:I do not like saying me thinks, but I wanted to say it just once.]
Posted by: Laura
I told you that you need glasses. If your mom does not buy you some soon--I will. Literally, so watch out. And I'm really serious.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Yeah, there was a nice write up on Michael as well in the paper. Oh man, I'm as blind as a bat..I thought this chocolate drink said "chocolate punk"..but it says chocolate drink.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
That is so awesome Skip. I wish I could have seen Randy Brecker... again. Heh. If you ever get to hear Michael.. you'll be hooked. Trust me. That's how I got into jazz. I used to be hardcore rock and stuffs of that nature.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
TRAVIS is also my last name. *grin*
Posted by: Laura
X = no chucks.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
X = fingers crossed so Laura can get her chucks.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Well..
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
TRAVIS isn't a person! It's the name of the band. From the UK.

Ooh, baby photos!! *squeals*

I'm an idiot when it comes to a lot of things..and recognizing sarcasm is one of them, lol.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Oh, G, I wanted to tell you..I saw Micheal Brecker's brother last night at Mayfair(music festival around here)..although I don't listen to that type of music, it was spiffy. Aaaaaaah, did I say that? I HATE the word spiffy. Ah well. Saw some kid w/ yellow hair listening too..ha. Gotta run..later.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
LOL
Posted by: Laura
Um, can't you guys tell that I wasn't mad? I was just freaking out because Skip got to meet TRAVIS (*gasps*) or at least see him close up. I'm so so so jealous.
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
Hello!
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
*uneasy silence*
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Umm. I think I joined this conversation at a bad time.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
*Confused*
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Hmmmm...I bought you some Greenday pins to add to your purse, they didn't have any Blink..
Posted by: Laura
Oh my god I am never talking to you again..
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Went to a Greenday,Blink,Saves the Day concert last night--Wow. We got frisked(we had cameras, they weren't allowed) and well, one of us wasn't so lucky, he got frisked and the guy felt his croutch, where he hid my camera. Everyone else did the same, but only this kid got caught. So we went in an everything, got some merchandise, Travis personally(w/ help) was handing out famoussas stickers at his stand(we got a whole armful) and the guy at the Atticus stand gave me a used camera, but it still had a lot of film in it. Once again, w/out the pushing this time, we made it all the way up against the stage, being the closest to the boys. Greenday's lead singer threw a bra into the crowd that he was wearing over his shirt as a joke, and I got hit in the face w/ it. Then, we didn't get wet at all, and he noticed that, so he chucked his water bottle at us, ha. Ooh. Blink was actually pretty good too, Mark tried to throw a rose towards us, and it just hit like us and 1 other guy in the face, ha, it hurt. Everyone was good, we made some friends too, and some enemies. But that is for later days to come. Ha. Got home around 1-am, blah.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
UP to my armpits..UP.
Posted by: Laura
And how did the paper mache goop get into your armpits? Hmm interesting.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Heh. I have paper mache goop up to my armpits. My french class is making a 4ft tall, illuminated eiffel tower. It's in my garage and very very cool.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Tonsils themselves don't puss, they just sometimes get these little infections on them that go away when drained. Well, here's the short list of things to mention for the day:
Posted by: Laura
Since when do tonsils puss? Hm, thanks for notifying me earlier.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Heh.. sucking puss. Nasty icky slimy smelly tonsil puss.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Hmmmm..well, here's my short list of things to mention.
Posted by: Laura
Heh thanks. I am also trying to see Spiderman. I always want to see so many movies, and I only end up going with Nick, and he enevr calls anymore. So I'm thinking of buying some tickets online and then going with someone else. Maybe,
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Star Wars was great.. promise I won't ruin it for ya!
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
That's rad how you said "you get the picture" since we're talking about cameras and stuff instead of "you get the point." I hear the new Star Wars Movie is good too. There's nothing really wrong w/ disposable cameras as much as I complain, I mean they take really nice photos if you get them developed at the right place. Yeah, my mom's got an old Canon as well..occasionally I'll use that, a kid at my skool has a really nice camera so I'm thinking of asking him where he got his, the pictures he takes always turn out really well so, gotta find the secret behind that.
Posted by: Laura
Photography is awesome. I'll probably take a photography course in the future.. I mean, I guess I'm OK at taking pictures, I've gotten some pretty awesome back in the day. Oh my gosh, did I just say "back in the day"?!
Posted by: Andy Edwards
Oh, you just use disposables? That must suck...see, my mom has an old but good Canon A-1, which is even more useful than modern pocket cameras...it has tons of controls, regular, zoom, and wide angle lenses, more things to control like exposure and arpeture...you get the picture.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Sunset pictures are coolness. Sunset pictures from an airplane are the best.. *grin*
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Advice of the day: Stay away from "teen movies"..
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Yeah, I enjoy photography. Can't say I have a favorite film considering I don't own a camera and just use disposables, but you know, those things take really nice pictures, it just depends on what company you use for developement. Sunset pictures are great, if you're really into that, e-mail me sometime and I'll scan in a few sunsets from North Carolina for you. Well, I guess I ought to finish up some homework, gotta go to guitar practice in a couple hours.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
F-stops.. and shutter speeds are most important. you can use 400 speed film anywhere. My favorite film is the Kodak portrait stuff.. [cant remember exactly what it is] and Fuji Supera.
Posted by: Andy Edwards
Hey guys, sorry I'm so off and on...school's almost out! Yay!
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
My summer... gigs, teach little kids to play sax like me, gigs, learn 2 drive, hang out with my band director.. lol [i'm such a nerd], go bowling, go to 6 Flags... umm wait.. that's part of my gig.. nevermind, eat, sleep, be jazzy.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
If you're really bored out of your mind, go here to check out 2 pictures that will be on my future photography site[future site will not be at this crappy address]:

Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
I like cheese.
Posted by: Laura
um.. maybe you can be that type of nerd but I don't want to be.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Hey, nerds are awesome. In fact, Nerd should stand for Neat extraterrestrial rading dirt or some really space-like word.

Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
So.. I just got home from the band banquet. It was great.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Oi, I am a dumbass..I got confused cuz you didn't say a lot in the thing, and then you started talking about the pisspot thing and I got confused..oi. Well anywho, thanks for the luck, we actually played pretty rad.
Posted by: Laura
Skip, you dumbass I was talking to Adam (joking.. you're not a dumbass)
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Jord actually called me a pisspot, didn't know you called me one too, haha. I said to hold on? Huh? Didn't know..haha. It's cuz I was getting kicked offline or something today, and my mom needed the phone. Yep. Even though I don't like orange juice, I like the Ad. Off to get ready for the Orchestra Concert, yippie skippy, I'm just a rhyming fool.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Stupid internet! I was right in the middle of college applications.. and the provider decided to stop service for the rest of the day.. for upgrades. So.. I still haven't finished my app.
Posted by: Laura
Heh, I said that because you said to hold on and then you ignored me for atleast an hour and a half. Hm.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
5:24p.m.-I was claimed a "pisspot"
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
Oh, and we get our yearbook this week sometime. Yay.
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
PinkRocker8: thanks a lot you fag :P
Posted by: Laura
Actually I have. LOL
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
I'm not THAT abscent minded..I didn't mean "pigeon being born" like from the actual pigeon, i meant like an egg..have you ever seen one crack or whatever..ha.
Posted by: Andy Edwards
Yep, they're born from eggs, exactly what I was thinking.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
FLY AWAY! FLY AWAY!
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
I've never seen a baby pigeon.. or pigeon eggs.. or a pigeon being born.
Posted by: Laura
Skip.. Pigeons are birds so they lay eggs and hatch from them.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Hmm..
Posted by: Andy Edwards
I just got my school year book. It's freakin' huge. It even comes with a CD...do yours? And it's even manufactured, not burned. I have yet to see what's on it.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Heres a question for all of you:
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
I'm freezing in this basment..no sleeping w/ teachers, I tried that once and it just didn't work at all, threw off my jizz completely. I am so kidding.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Heh. No arguing.. just speakin my mind and statin' my opinion. Cuz I like changing the layouts and shiznit.
Posted by: Laura
Well why don't you just sleep with him or her and get it over with, Phil?
Posted by: Phil
It is so tempting to give an envelop full of money to your professor during the final week.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
uh oh..think there's a teenage riot going on in the valley..not good..I hope it's just a rumor. And hey, play nice kiddies, not arguing.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
Well.. here's my take. My journal doesn't have a banner. and I got it for free. just before the banner thing. Even if you have a free account, you can make layouts and stuff. Most of the 'cheap gawky' icons are borrowed [with permission] FROM LiveJournal. The reason why it takes so long to load is that A) people are switching from LJ so the servers are fuller B) I have a background picture on mine.. which does take time to load. Sometimes it doesn't even load.. but that's okay.. cuz at least I can make my DJ very original.
Posted by: Laura
There's banners at the top, takes forever to load, and the whole purpose of dead journal was to be a like-livejournal site. If you see, the entire thing is almost exactly like livejournal, except they use cheap, gawky icons that hurt your eyes.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
? why does deadjournal look shite? [just wondering.. i won't be offended.. i promise]
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
I'll search for some unhappless soul to give me a code...DeadJournal looks shite...
Posted by: Laura
Sorry that I've been sort of absent from the blog for a while, a lot of crap is going on in my life right now and I don't have time to do everything that I want to.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
Word of advice..download "See You Tonight" by The Eyeliners..they're my second favorit girl rock band(1st being DHC) and this song's lyrics are beautiful. There, that's my post until Thursday night when I plan to post again.
Posted by: Georgeanne Travis
hey Adam.. if you want a DeadJournal.. they're FREE you don't need a code thingy.. and you can edit more stuff with it.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
yeah, I guess the time difference would be a bugger. And hey..I can recall you not posting for a long time either, kiddo. Sorry for the lack of posts though, yesterday I spent 10 minutes w/ 3 friends from fat tony since their show got cancelled last minute, then I went alone to the mall(well, w/ a parent), got Karen(L) another present to add, went to walmart real quick afterwards to get a new hairdryer, came home, made plans w/ my friend Jay(who talks and often looks exactly like trent from the cartoon series daria), head of streeteam for RNB,(he missed seeing reel big fish just for me, muahaha) then he called me cuz I needed directions to his house, my mom picked him up, we couldn't decide what to do so we just hungout in my room(to avoid the parental asking him questions for the most part) talking for hours..it was kinda eerie cuz I always listen to music, but I didn't listen to it throughout the whole time..then we sorta last track of time and it was almost midnight, so we took him home, cuz he had to get to bed cuz today he's doing a charity walk for MS victims at 10am(which has passed). But then I went online and we talked most of the night, he said he'd call today after his walk, and we both went to bed. This post is rather lengthy, sorry, but I had a lot to say. It should last you a couple days, for that's how long I suppose I'll wait to post again, I have some homework to do and I imagine I'll be full of homework throughout the week.
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
Oh, it's running on pooey US time, no wonder...it's 5 buggering hours behind my clock. Damn.
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
One day, no posts. What's up with all you boring sods?
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
Oops...
Posted by: Adam Halliwell
I want a Dead Journal, or it could be a Live one. What's the difference? I want one of the passwords, but no one has a spare one. Hmm.
Posted by: Skippy Peanutbutter
yeah, see, i'm not dead either, i'm still here for now. There is a turtle amongst me as well..he says "hi everyone, my friends say hi too"..and that's about all he says.
Posted by: Andy Edwards
Sorry I've been gone awhile, *again* because I keep forgetting about blogger...lol
Posted by: Laura
Good luck!!
